NOTE: Please understand that though you may call Plaza Group to perform repairs, you will be invoiced for those repairs on a time and material basis if the Lease states that Plaza Group is not responsible for the repair. You may want to review your Lease and keep this in mind if you want to have your employees order repairs or services that may not covered under the Lease.
